What an evening at Lewes Athletics Track. 🌇
Monday 6 July was our SPVG internal friendly for U12s and U14s. Beautiful sunny conditions, brilliant atmosphere and top performances all round.
26 vaulters took part. 14 walked away with a PB — that's over half the field. So many others had a go at their PB height too.
Huge well done to every single athlete who competed. And thanks to all the coaches. What a club! 💛💙

🏆 Sussex Schools Track & Field Championships | K2, Crawley | 13 June 2026
Some brilliant vaulting from our Sussex Pole Vault Group athletes last weekend!
A huge well done to our top performers in Pool 1: Senior Girls: Alice and Imogen · Senior Boys: Dylan · Inter Boys: Milo, Remy and Luca · Junior Boys: Isaac and George.
Great competition from everyone who competed.

Back on 23rd May, four of our more senior athletes took part in the first match of the NAL (National Athletics League). Three vaulters swapped their usual vests for those of to help secure a second place score at the end of the day, as higher claim athlete's.
We will follow their progress with interest as the matches go on...
