Great session with Royal wharf Boxing
Tonight was my first session coaching deji started very square and not confident. By the end he was throwing shots when he seen the pads with ease. Moving in and out of range and looking class🔥
1 to 1 sessions make a huge difference and this session was completely free. We had about an hour working through lots of techniques and skills that he had never tried before. .
