We run yoga classes for young people aged 13 to 18. These are lively sessions led by experienced teacher Alexandra Duzevic. Autumn term starts on 10 September with a choice of times 4.30 or 5.45. Classes for young people aged 13 to 18 start again on 12 September. We offer two classes on Thursdays at 4.30 and 5.45 respectively. These are lively sessions taught by Alexandra Duzevic. Booking is by the term. The autumn term has 14 hour long sessions with a week off for half term (31 October). We are fortunate to have Edgar Stringer and Lydia Holmes for a workshop in June exploring Level 2 And Level 3 poses. This session will offer participants the chance to drill into more complex asanas, exploring their foundations, building blocks and ways to practice (and teach) them. Edgar and Lydia bring their own advanced practice and considerable experience as senior teachers, assessors, and mentors for IYA(UK).

The workshop is being held at The Iyengar Yoga Studio in East Finchley on Sunday 23 June, from 12.00pm to 4.00pm and is suitable for teachers, trainees (all levels) and other students of Iyengar yoga with at least 18 months’ experience.

The cost of the workshop is £45 (members)/£50 (nonmembers)

Iyengar Yoga in East Finchley - The Iygengar Yoga Studio The Iyengar Yoga Studio is a small, friendly studio opened in January 2007 by local teachers Patsy Sparksman, Gene Dicker and Wendy Sykes.

Iyengar Yoga for people aged 13-18. We are now taking bookings for the Spring term for two popular classes taught by Alexandra Duzevic. Term for both classes - which start at 5.00pm and 6.15 respectively - begins on Thursday 11 January. Booking is for the full term.
