Ah what a gorgeous start to this drizzly Saturday. Beautifully lead yoga session with Roisin Hope Yoga from Concrete Jungle Wellness Teddington at my fav local hangout Hideaway. Followed by yummy breakfast and chat. Made even better by sharing it with my lovely Sandi Wood.

Exercise ring closed, may treat myself to an episode of my new guilty pleasure … Clarkson’s Farm.
Gotta love a bank holiday weekend with NO plans!

Congrats to the new Beez!!! What a beautiful 4 days together. Joy, laughter, tears, learning, sharing, teaching, expanding, connecting with each other, connecting back with our inner child, asana and meditation. What a blissful time with these amazing, inspiring women.

So excited for the children who will have them as their yoga teachers, mentors and guides.

Gondolas in Europe, tuk tuks in Asia, busses in South America, Statue of Liberty and Golden Gate Bridge in North America, cycling in Oceania and elephants on Safari in South Africa … Oh the places we go! Exploring the world through yoga poses and our senses. Learning through movement. One of my fav lesson plans to explore with children (and teachers). 🌍🌎🌏

Perfect end to a wonderful first day. Yet again I feel so truly blessed with the souls who find their way to the training. ❤️❤️ Such an amazing group of woman. 🙌👏🫶

So lovely to share this Childrens Yoga class with them all at the end of the day. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
