💚Zumbathon 2026 done 💚
Wow thank you to everyone that came today and joined us for another fun filled amazing Zumbathon. The reason we do this every year is not only to raise funds for a worthwhile cause but because we can see how much all our students just love to be part of it 😍 if it wasn’t for our amazing students and their continued support our Zumbathons wouldn’t be the success they are. So thank you again to each & every one of you. A massive shout out to all our guest instructors, Ellen, Shana, Hannah, Ash, Chris & Yassine that gave up their time today and brought their amazing energy and routines - the room was on fire 🔥
A huge thank you as well to Lilli who runs around videoing and photographing the whole event for us - we are so grateful you do this for us and give so much of your time & do such a fantastic job 😍 final figures will be announced shortly which will go straight to the Sherwood Foundation Charity 💚

*ZUMBATHON INFO - PLEASE READ*

Hi everyone! Well it’s only 5 days until our amazing Zumbathon and we are so excited to be raising funds for another great cause and overwhelmed by all your support so far. There are still tickets available (£15) so if you have been undecided about attending this is your year to come along and see what it’s all about. It really is the best fun and trust us it doesn’t feel like 3 hours.

We have lots of fantastic raffle prizes & you can purchase raffle tickets at any time - get your family & friends involved.

Before the big event there is some information you need to know so don’t scroll by please read as we would hate for you to not have all the information you need for Sunday.

- Doors will open from 11.30am for registration and to ensure a prompt start as possible at 12pm.
- Please bring your Zumbathon ticket with you (don’t worry if you forget).
- Everyone will also need to sign a register to confirm they have read the Waiver form - copies will be at the event and posted prior to the day.
- As this year’s Charity is for Sherwood Foundation Charity please feel free to wear anything green to join in with the theme (this is optional).
- Please bring plenty of water and some healthy snacks to keep those energy levels up *(no nuts please)*
- Raffle tickets will be on sale on the day and once you see all the amazing prizes we are sure you will be buying more - £2 a strip or 3 strips for £5.
- There will also be delicious treats for sale from Charlotte at Posh & Bakes which can be purchased by card & cash.
- ⁠There are breakout areas to sit should you wish to have a break.
- We will be filming parts of the Zumbathon and taking pictures so we hope you are happy to be in them but if not please let us know prior to the day.

The most important thing is to HAVE FUN and enjoy the atmosphere because it really is a great event and we hope you will all love it.

Venue: Christchurch with St.Philip, Ruskin Drive, Worcester Park, KT4 8LG
There is parking at the Church and on Ruskin Drive & surrounding roads.

Myself and Hannah are taking part in a Charity Zumbathon this Saturday for The Children’s Trust in Tadworth. There are a few tickets left if anyone would like to join us. Join us for Zumbabug’s very first event – a high-energy Charity Zumbathon on Saturday 30 May, 3–5pm at St Ann’s Church Hall, Banstead, SM7 1BS.

Dance for two hours with 7 fantastic Zumba instructors, enjoy great music, lots of fun, and a cake sale too! 🍰

Monday nights are back from this Monday 13 April 2026 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 start your week the best way with an hour of fun to forget about all the stress and pressures of daily life - just come along and dance and I guarantee you will leave sweaty but smiling 🥰💃🕺🏼

Tickets will be available to buy in classes now, so let’s make this another big and even better Zumbathon and raise lots of money for this wonderful school.

The date has been saved with you for some time now, so I really hope you’re able to come along!

Everyone is welcome – friends, family, neighbours – whether they already come to Zumba classes or not. It’s the perfect chance to come and give it a go.

📣 ZUMBATHON 7 JUNE 2026 📣

Hello to all our lovely students.

It’s that time of year again where Jo & I are busy planning and getting organised for this year’s Zumbathon to be held on Sunday 7 June - it will soon be here!!

So this year we put it to all of you to nominate a Charity as we were keen to continue to support small, local charities that would really benefit from the funds raised through all the wonderful support provided by you.

After careful consideration and looking into the various charities proposed we are delighted to announce this year’s Zumbathon will be in aid of Sherwood Foundation Charity (formerly known as Friends of Sherwood Park School).

The Charity’s aim is to raise as much money every year to assist the 3 school campuses in Wallington & Carshalton all of which provide vital and unique care and schooling to children aged 3-19 with a range of special needs and disabilities. including severe multiple and complex learning difficulties.

They have a specialist autism campus which provides a nurturing environment, emotional support & tailored learning to make sure the children are provided with the required skills & independence they need as they enter into adulthood.

This year the charity is hoping to raise enough funds to purchase a mini bus to enable them to commute the students to and from community events. We would love to be able to help them do that with your support.

You can do that by:-

- buying tickets and joining in on the day - bring friends & family and let them see how much fun we really have.
- Buying raffle tickets to win one of our fabulous prizes; and
- If you can’t make it on the day you can still donate.

100% of the monies raised goes straight to the Charity.

So make sure the date is in your diary and we can’t wait to bring you a fun filled afternoon of Zumba with a host of guest instructors who will all be bringing their unique style to the stage 🥰
