YPA Elite Training Program

We’re excited to introduce something new for our dancers! Alongside our regular Saturday dance classes, we’ll be offering a dedicated Strength, Conditioning, Technique & Flexibility Training Programme.

This weekly program focuses on developing the physical skills behind the dancing — building strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, control, stamina and technical ability.
The goal is to train the dancers body so that they can dance better, to help our dancers become stronger, more flexible, more technically capable and more confident in their dancing.

We encourage our competition team especially to take advantage of this additional training and invest in developing the skills that will support them throughout their dance journey.

Wednesday’s from Sept 23rd

We are especially proud of Katherine, Nell, Kristina, Osasere, Daria, Alexia and Angel who competed as this was their very first competition with YPA. We loved seeing you smash it onstage and to our older students thank you for always giving it 100% on stage and being there for the younger ones.
