With over 4 years of experience at Pilates Circuit, Nat brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion for movement to every class.
When she’s not in the studio, she’s taking on incredible challenges: from running along the Great Wall of China, to completing a triathlon in Australia, and running a marathon in honour of her father 🤍

Stop sitting, start moving.
Sitting at a desk for long periods - typically over 4-8 hours daily - is likely to cause chronic pain in the back and neck and promotes mental fatigue and anxiety.
Take regular breaks from work and move your body often. A short walk is all you need to significantly improve your health and well being.
A short walk to your nearest Reformer Pilates studio is even better!
