本中心總監前往伯明翰與英國港義龍獅團Kong Yee Dragon & Lion Dance Team作交流，希望可以將港式醒獅文化繼續傳承下去。
而本中心亦即將會正式舉辦醒獅班，大家記得密切留意本專頁的資訊。

Our Centre Director recently travelled to Birmingham to exchange ideas and cultural practices with the , with the hope of continuing to preserve and pass on the culture of traditional Hong Kong-style lion dance.

Our centre will also soon be officially launching lion dance classes, so please stay tuned to this page for further updates and information.

本中心獲全倫敦最大型港人市集“泰晤市集” Kongtinue邀請，一連兩日為大家帶來醒獅表演，增加農曆新年氣氛。
非常榮幸，能夠在UCL大學為大家提供醒獅工作坊，可以親身體驗醒獅的樂趣。

Our centre has been invited by #泰晤市集 , the largest Hong Konger market in London, to present lion dance performances over two consecutive days, adding to the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year.

We are also deeply honoured to be invited to UCL to deliver a lion dance workshop, where participants can experience the joy and excitement of lion dancing first-hand.

今日天公造美，風和日麗，本中心的舞獅隊榮幸地在Sutton 市集開幕儀式上亮相。此前，Sutton 副市長伉儷為舞獅隊作點晴儀式。

舞獅隊從Sutton library 出發，途經Oru space ，最終抵達St Nicholas Shopping Mall。在那裡，我們向當地居民和商家送上了新年祝福。

祝大家身體健康，萬事如意，馬年吉祥如意！

With the weather on our side today—bright skies and a gentle breeze—our centre’s lion dance team had the honour of kicking off the Sutton Market following the eye-dotting ceremony performed by the Deputy Mayor of Sutton and their spouse.

The lion dance procession began at Sutton Library, continued on to Oru Space, and concluded at St Nicholas Shopping Mall, where we paid New Year greetings to local residents and shopkeepers.

We wish everyone good health and prosperity, and may the Year of the Horse bring you great fortune.

🦁 Follow the Lion! Catch the Spectacular Lion Dance Across Sutton 🧧

The Lion Dance is so popular this year that we’re bringing the energy to three different locations! Don’t miss your chance to witness the "Brightening of the Lion's Eyes" and the high-energy performances as the celebration moves through the heart of Sutton.

📍 Where & When to Catch the Lion:
1:00 PM | Sutton Central Library (2nd Floor) The Grand Opening: Witness the traditional "Brightening of the Lion's Eyes" (點睛) ceremony to officially kick off the festivities!

1:45 PM | Oru Space The celebration moves to the High Street! Catch the lion at Oru Space—the perfect time to grab some food at the Hot Food Market while you watch.

2:30 PM | St Nicholas Centre The final stop! Join the crowd at the shopping center for a high-energy performance amidst the Festival Markets.
