We are back with another timetable update and new additions to the schedule:
• Muay thai every Tuesday 6-7pm
•Bags & Burn with every Tuesday 11.30am-12.15pm
•Women’s boxing with every Wednesday 11.30am-12.30pm
•Open Gym every Saturday 9-11am
•Box4life Juniors every Saturday 11am-12pm which is a pay as you go class targetted for non members
