A couple from this week and last (because I forgot to do it)
A couple days in the sun with broski just chilling, not doing a lot, and having some food together which we haven’t done for a while!
Training is holding well, diet is definitely dieting now, but all part of the process and what not

You can’t build something solid on a cracked foundation
That’s not a physique thing. That’s everything
Before this, the habits were there. They just weren’t tidy enough. Training when it suited, eating well Monday to Thursday then easing off the strictness over the weekend. Bits and pieces in the right place but nothing actually holding together
The problem was there was no structure pulling it all into one place. So that’s where we started. Not the training plan, not the diet. We took what was already there and tidied it up. Built it into something that actually holds
Consistent training. Consistent eating. Consistent check-ins. Week after week, whether it was a good week or a bad one
And you can see it clearly in the photos. That’s the difference between giving it 80% and actually sending it

How long have you been starting over, struggling through it, then throwing the towel in?
Because I was in that exact same position
Starting, not seeing what I wanted to, falling off, and then repeating that cycle. And the thing is, you’re not lazy. You’re not unmotivated
You’re just stuck in the same loop and nothing you’re doing is actually breaking it. New week, new plan, same outcome. That’s not a you problem. That’s a structure problem
I know that because it was mine too, until I fixed it
In 16 days, I’m taking on a handful of people and putting them through a full transformation. A handful of spots. A handful of completely different starting points. One outcome
