Such a great feeling being back on the area performing kata against some very good karateka. But, self reflection on how the Kaizen approach for myself gave me this opportunity too. Thanks to the coaches and the Welsh and England team for a great weekend and to my great friends Wes and Darren for a great demo too… massive big up to Wes and Dojo Hokori Mehiyo Dojo for holding a great event. Hopefully many more to come!
