Who's ready for another week of hot yoga/pilates? 🔥💪
Here we have Balancing Stick Pose (demonstrated by our highly experienced teacher Jennie).
It is the 7th posture in the traditional Bikram Yoga sequence. It is a brief but exceptionally high-intensity cardiovascular posture held for exactly 10 seconds per side. The posture forms a perfect capital letter "T" from the side, acting as a natural human tug-of-war that stretches the entire body in opposite directions.

Classes are typically held in studios heated between 25°C and 38°C, often utilizing infrared heat panels that warm your body directly rather than relying on stuffy, forced air. The practice focuses heavily on building core strength, sculpting muscles, and improving posture through high-repetition, controlled movements.
