Few sports support football development as effectively as Judo.
Judo helps players improve body control, balance, coordination, strength, and confidence.
It teaches athletes how to stay composed under pressure, absorb contact, change direction quickly, and compete with resilience.
The skills developed on the mat transfer directly to the pitch so it was great to see some Nutmeg players joining the session at KombatCore Judo Club

A huge well done to our new U8 team, for some of the boys it was their first game ever and they were absolutely fantastic 🔥⚽️💪
