Movement, strength and endurance for life. Personal Training for ownership over your own health.

When Sandy walked into Hounds of Health having done very little strength training. He wasn’t trying to become a fitness model. He just wanted to discover a different aspect of himself.

Since then he’s put the work in. Week after week. Even when his knee wasn’t playing ball. Even when life got busy.

By the time photo shoot day came around, the photos almost felt like a bonus. The real achievement had already happened.

Confidence is a funny thing. Most people think it comes first. In reality, it usually turns up after you’ve spent months doing the things you said you were going to do.

Watching that happen is one of the best parts of this job

You’ve probably seen Sandy’s before-and-after photos by now.

The results speak for themselves, but they only tell part of the story.

Sandy didn’t get here because everything went perfectly. He had setbacks, had to work around injuries, and like everyone else, had plenty going on outside the gym. He just kept turning up.

He’s lost body fat, got a lot stronger, and feels like a completely different person to the one who first walked through our doors.

In this video, Sandy talks about it all in his own words. Why he started, what was harder than he expected, and what made the difference in the end.

It’s always better hearing it from the person who actually lived it.

Have a watch.

When we talk about Emma’s journey, it’s about far more than the weight she lost.

Yes, the physical transformation is remarkable. Nearly 30kg gone. Stronger than ever. More confident. But that’s only the outcome.

What really stands out to us as coaches is how she approached the process.

Emma joined us at a point where she knew something had to change. She wasn’t happy with where she was, but she also knew there wasn’t going to be a quick fix. Right from the beginning she committed to doing the work.

Life didn’t suddenly become easy. There were holidays, busy periods and plenty of opportunities to lose momentum. Instead, she just kept coming back. Session after session. Week after week.

Over time we watched someone who was initially quite quiet become one of the people who helps shape the culture of the gym. Her consistency, attitude and encouragement have had an impact on everyone around her.

That’s what we’re talking about in this video.

Not just how Emma changed physically, but why her transformation happened in the first place.

If you’ve seen her before-and-after photos, this is the story behind them.

One meal won’t ruin your progress. Quitting because of one meal might.

Too many people treat nutrition like an on/off switch. They eat well all week, have a takeaway, a birthday meal, or a stressful day, then convince themselves they’ve “blown it” and promise to start again on Monday.

Progress doesn’t come from being perfect.

It comes from getting back on track quickly.

The people who achieve lasting results aren’t the ones who never slip up. They’re the ones who don’t let a single decision become a week of poor decisions.

Enjoy the meal.

Then get back to your next planned meal and carry on.

That’s how real, sustainable change is built.

Have you ever caught yourself falling into the “I’ll start again Monday” trap?

A little behind the scenes from Emma’s Emergence photoshoot.

The transformation was built over months, photos merely captured it.

Before the camera came out, we trained, got a good pump, worked through the poses, and had a few laughs along the way. It’s always one of our favourite parts of the programme because everyone gets to see just how far they’ve come.

These behind-the-scenes moments are a reminder that the final photos aren’t created by good lighting or clever angles. They’re earned through consistent training, good nutrition, and hundreds of small decisions made over time.

A fantastic day and a result Emma should be incredibly proud of.

Transformation photos tell you what changed.

Emma’s testimonial tells you how.

Behind every result is someone who had doubts, busy weeks, holidays, setbacks, and moments where it would have been easier to give up. What made the difference wasn’t perfection, it was learning how to keep moving forward.

If you’ve seen Emma’s transformation, take a few minutes to watch her tell the story in her own words. We think you’ll take away far more than just the numbers.

Sometimes the most inspiring part of a transformation isn’t the before and after.

It’s the journey in between.

When Emma joined us in 2024, she wasn’t looking for a quick fix. She simply knew something had to change.

She had always been active and loved dancing, but life had gradually pulled fitness into the background. Like so many people, she had holidays, busy periods, and plenty of reasons why progress could have stalled.

Instead, she just kept showing up.

Quietly, consistently, month after month, Emma built momentum. She became stronger, fitter, leaner, and before long she had become one of the biggest inspirations in our community.

During our Emergence Program alone, Emma lost 10kg of body fat.

Since joining Hounds of Health, she’s lost over 26kg of body fat, rebuilt her strength, returned to dancing, and is now wearing clothes she hasn’t worn in years.

The photos are incredible, but they’re simply the outcome of hundreds of good decisions made over time.

Emma, we’re incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved. Thank you for showing everyone what’s possible when you commit to becoming the person you want to be.

And the best part?

She’s only just getting started.

Busy professionals don’t need another fitness programme. They need a strategy. At Hounds of Health, we’ve built our School of Strength around people carrying the weight of careers, families and everyday responsibilities. We understand what it feels like to walk into the gym already mentally exhausted.

Our job isn’t just to make you stronger. It’s to help you leave feeling lighter.

Anyone can make you stronger for a few weeks. The challenge is building strength that fits around a busy life and keeps improving month after month.

The person who trains in a panic will almost always end up weaker than the person who follows a strategy.

Strength isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, consistently.

As coaches, we get to see the parts that never make it into the transformation photos.

The sessions where someone doubts themselves. The weeks where life gets busy. The small improvements that quietly add up over time.

Giacomo never looked for shortcuts. He listened, trusted the process, and kept turning up. That’s why his transformation is about so much more than the numbers.

In this video, we’re talking about what stood out to us as his coaches, what made his journey successful, and why we think his results will last.

Have a watch and let us know what you think.

It’s hard to stay motivated on your own.

Some days you walk in tired, stressed, or wondering if you can be bothered. That’s where community makes the difference.

When the people around you expect your best, celebrate your wins, and pick you up on the days you’re flat, showing up becomes a lot easier.

Strength isn’t built alone. It’s built together.
