I’ve finally reached the final stages of my return to play after 350+ Days of work.
While it feels like a lifetime since I last crossed a white line, it also feels like this journey has flown by. At the start, I kept telling myself it would be a straight line. But it hasn’t been as plain sailing as I thought, so it was just about trusting the process and the people around me to getting through it... and I’m glad to have them in my corner.

There were plenty of steps forward, but also a few backwards. A couple of setbacks along the way meant plans changed more than once, but that’s just part of it. adaptclinic.ie has been brains behind it all and I would recommend to anyone that needs it!

A few more boxes left to tick, a few tough sessions to go…then it’s time to get back out on the pitch.

Senior Connacht League and Cup Champions 🏆🏆

It was great to get over the line on Wednesday to conclude an amazing 3 years on this senior group. Not only to do it once, twice, but three times is a testament to their dedication and determination. They can hold their heads high and know they are set the path for years to come. 6/6

It’s hard to think that some of these guys won’t wear the grammar jersey again, but there is no doubt they have left it in a better place ⚪️🔵

Well that year will be hard topped 🏆🏆

It’s been a busy 12 months on and off the pitch for myself both professionally and personally.

My main aim of this year was to push the boundaries on which the teams I’ve been involved in to places they haven’t reached before. Whether that be within the team or within themselves.

It’s safe to say 2023 has been a strong year for and everyone that has been involved within the set up. Very talented bunch of players and more importantly great people!

Senior Connacht Cup and League Champions 2023 🏆🏆

It’s has been a massive two years for these guys in senior schools rugby. They reap the rewards every time step out with the crest on.
