Fitness brings us together, but it’s the community that makes people stay.

Another incredible 6 week transformation. 💪
Olga didn’t just lose body fat, she built muscle at the same time, exactly what we aim for.

When Lesley first joined, she had no gym experience and wasn’t confident with exercises like squats.
Fast forward to today, she’s stronger, more confident, squatting with good technique, and has made training part of her morning routine before work.

Another incredible 6 weeks of progress! 👏
John came into the Foundation Programme looking to build muscle, improve his technique and become stronger.
Over the last 6 weeks he has:
💪 Gained 1.2kg of muscle
🔥 Reduced body fat
🏋️ Increased his bench press from 40kg to 60kg
🏋️ Increased his deadlift from 20kg to 60kg
✅ Built confidence, consistency and better movement patterns
The biggest win isn’t just the numbers. It’s the habits, confidence and strong foundation he’s built for long term progress.

6 weeks of consistency. 6 weeks of progress. 💪
Marta came into our Foundation Programme looking to lose body fat, build strength and improve her confidence in the gym.
Over the last 6 weeks she:
✅ Reduced body fat from 33.9% to 32.1%
✅ Lost 1kg of body fat
✅ Gained 1kg of muscle mass
✅ Increased her bench press from 20kg to 30kg
✅ Increased her squat from 20kg to 34kg
✅ Increased her deadlift from 10kg to 30kg
✅ Improved her 1-minute row from 150m to 230m
The scales stayed exactly the same, which is a great reminder that progress isn’t always about losing weight.
More muscle. Less body fat. More strength. More confidence.

One Year of Run Club 🏃♀️🎉
One year ago we started with a small group, not really knowing what our Run Club would become.
12 months later, we’re still showing up every week, through sunshine, rain, cold winter mornings and everything in between. We’ve built more than just a running club, we’ve built a community.
Together we’ve completed three half marathons:
🏅 Battersea Half Marathon
🏅 Finsbury Park Half Marathon
🏅 Hackney Half Marathon
We’ve celebrated PBs, first races, comeback runs, and everything in between. We’ve supported each other on the good days and the tough ones, and that’s what makes this group so special.
What started as a weekly run has become a place where friendships have been made, confidence has grown, and so many miles have been shared.
Thank you to everyone who has joined us over the last year. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or only recently laced up your trainers and joined the group, you’ve helped make this community what it is today.
One year down, plenty more miles, races and adventures still to come. ❤️
