Another athlete from India 🇮🇳 banned

Indian Olympian javelin thrower Shivpal Singh was reportedly handed a 10-year ban for a second anti-doping violation, after testing positive for methandienone, a banned anabolic steroid.

In 2021 he was banned for 4 years which was reduced to one year on appeal, allowing him to return to competition in April 2023.

His second violation has attracted 10 years ban which is literally the end of his athletics career.
