WHO IS NICOLA? 👋🏽
If you’ve just landed here, this is the short version.
I was a gymnast before I was a coach. It gave me discipline and strength and it also taught me at a very young age that my body was something to be judged. By my late teens that had turned into anorexia, and coming back from it took years.
Then I became a mum. 25kg on, 5cm of abdominal separation, looking six months pregnant long after my son arrived, staring at a woman in the mirror I didn’t recognise.
I’d already fought one war with my body. I wasn’t about to fight another one by starving it.
So I rebuilt from the inside out instead. Deep core first. Protein-led, properly fed. Progressive strength, not punishment cardio. Boring consistency for months rather than heroic effort for two weeks. 25kg off, the gap closed without surgery, and a body I actually trust.
It took time. That’s the honest bit.
That’s why I coach the way I do. Chocolate stays in. Wine stays in. Roast dinners stay in. Your meal plan feeds your whole family, because you shouldn’t be cooking twice. And I’ll always tell you why — cortisol, protein, your deep core, perimenopause. You deserve to understand your own body.
Over 800+ women through exactly this.🙌🏽
If you’re exhausted and sick of plans that ask you to eat like a rabbit and train like an athlete — I’ve been there. Let’s do it properly this time.
DM me “READY” and I’ll tell you where to start. 👇🏽

Twenty women. Twenty stories. Not one of them had it easy.
Swipe through and you’ll see a lot of before-and-afters. What you won’t see is what it actually took: the 6am sessions before the kids woke up, the weeks where the scales didn’t move, the messages at 11pm saying “I nearly didn’t bother today.” Every single one of these women kept going anyway.
They weren’t athletes. They were mums. Knackered, busy, carrying a bit of doubt about whether it was too late for them.
It wasn’t. And it isn’t for you either.
Every plan here was built around the woman in it — her life, her food, her time, her body. Core repaired first, then the rest. No 5am boot camps, no separate dinners, no cutting out everything you love.
I’m so bloody proud of every one of them. 🤍

Everyone asks me the same thing: “Nic, what do you actually do?”
So here it is. All of it. 👇🏽
I coach real mums. Not influencers, not women with three spare hours a day — mums with school runs, work, washing piles and about 20 minutes to themselves if they’re lucky.
And here’s the bit most plans get wrong. They throw you into HIIT and sit-ups before your core has any business doing either. We start with your transverse abdominis. Close the gap, rebuild the deep core, lift the mum pouch. Get that right and everything after it actually works.
Your meal plan is built around what your family already eats, so you’re not standing at the hob cooking two dinners. Wine, chocolate, cheese, bread, crisps — all still in. I’m not here to take your life away from you.
You get me on the app 24/7, your watch syncs straight in, and I’ll spot when you’re drifting before you do. Plus every one of my science guides, so you finish understanding your own body rather than just following instructions.
Strength. Confidence. Energy for your kids. A body that feels like yours again.
Comment or DM me READY and I’ll be in touch. 🤍

Week one, you won’t see it. Week two, you’ll wonder why you bothered. Week three? Everything changes.
That’s the bit nobody tells you.
Week one you’re sore, you’re tired, and the scales are doing absolutely nothing. Week two you’re still turning up but you’re not convinced. Then week three arrives — and your head shifts before your body does.
The body fat starts to move. Your routines stop feeling like a fight. You get up off the sofa without that groan. You’ve got energy for the school run, the washing, the bedtime chaos — and a bit left over for you.
Most women quit at day 12. The magic is at day 21.
✅3 things TO DO to start your journey:
1. Pick something small you can do on your worst week, not your best one — 20 minutes, three times a week beats a “perfect” plan you drop by Friday.
2. Eat with your family, not separately. If the meal plan doesn’t work for the kids and your other half, it won’t last.
3. Track how you FEEL, not just what you weigh. Energy, sleep, mood, how your jeans do up.
❌3 things NOT to do:
1. Don’t weigh yourself daily. You’ll quit over a number that means nothing.
2. Don’t start with a punishment plan. If you hate every second, you won’t be here in week three.
3. Don’t compare your week one to someone else’s year three. Their highlight reel isn’t your starting line.
You are not behind. You’re just early.
Save this and come back to it on day 12. That’s the day it matters.

I’ve spoken about being anorexic before. I’ve never told you where it actually started.
I was in an abusive relationship and a job that was breaking me down, and I didn’t notice how far I’d slipped. Barely eating. Running on fizzy drinks. A packet of crisps if I remembered. Drinks on a Friday after work, sometimes a Thursday, usually out on a Saturday and I’ll say this clearly, I wasn’t an alcoholic. But I was empty. Mentally and physically battered, with no confidence left, and genuinely no understanding of what a body needs to survive.
That’s where all of this began for me. Not with a fitness goal. With having to learn, from scratch, what I actually needed.
It’s why I go on about the female body the way I do. Eighteen to twenty-five. Twenty-five to thirty-five. Thirty-five to forty-five. Pregnancy, prenatal, postnatal, perimenopause, menopause, medical conditions every stage matters and every stage changes what you need. Especially when you’re starting a fitness journey.
Nobody knows your story. Nobody knows what you’ve walked through to get to today.
It is so, so easy to push a woman onto a diet plan that quietly corrupts the way she thinks about food. I know, because I’ve lived on the other side of that. So I won’t do it.
I want the women I coach to build a body they can maintain. Love. Nurture. One that fits into a busy, real life school runs, work, all of it so they can hold onto their physical health and their mental health at the same time.
Balance isn’t the soft option, hun. It’s the only one that lasts.

Well. What a day. 🥂
Fit brunch with my fit ladies and honestly, my heart is full.
This is why I do it. Building a community of incredible women who are all on a similar journey, who get it, who lift each other up. There’s nothing like being in a room full of people who understand exactly what you’re working towards.
And can we talk about balance for a second? Because I will say it until I’m blue in the face you should never have to miss out on the food you love. Everything within reason. That’s it. That’s the whole secret. Brunch, bubbles, the lot it all fits.
Setting everyone the goal of feeling their absolute best by brunch day was the best thing I ever did. That little bit of accountability, something to work towards together it gave everybody that extra boost to stick to the plan. And they smashed it. I’m so proud of every single one of you.
A huge thank you to for the goodies in the goody bags — the ladies loved getting to try a new protein. And thank you to for the goodies you added in, tagged in this video. Thanks to for the amazing cup cakes. Everyone thought they were incredible. 🤍
And a special thank you to the ladies who travelled from Amsterdam, Scotland and Dubai to be there. That is dedication and I appreciate it more than you know.
Same again in December? Yes. Absolutely yes. 📆
