What if you’re trying to solve the wrong problem?
So many ambitious women tell me they need:
✨ Better branding.
✨ Better marketing.
✨ More confidence.
✨ More visibility.
Those things all have their place.
But I’ve discovered something much deeper.
The Third Layer™ doesn’t help women discover who they are.
I think that’s too simplistic.
Instead, it helps women to:
💜 Recognise who they already are.
💜 Accept what they already know about themselves.
💜 Embody that identity consistently.
💜 Lead from that place.
Why does this matter?
Because visibility magnifies identity.
If you don’t fully accept yourself as a leader, more visibility creates discomfort.
If you don’t fully accept yourself as an expert, more visibility fuels imposter syndrome.
If you don’t fully accept your influence, more visibility often leads to self-sabotage.
That’s why so many women find themselves:
• Constantly tweaking their website.
• Changing their niche… again.
• Rewriting their bio.
• Taking another course.
• Searching for the next strategy.
Not because they’re incapable.
But because they’re trying to solve an identity problem with strategy.
At some point, the next breakthrough isn’t another marketing tactic.
It’s strengthening the woman behind the strategy.
That’s where The Third Layer™ begins.
Tell me honestly… have you ever caught yourself looking for another strategy, when what you really needed was to believe in the woman already holding it? 💜

What does leadership look like?
Sometimes it doesn’t look like standing on the biggest stage.
Sometimes it looks like saying “yes” when you’re invited to step forward.
Today, while I am away, two of our Trusted Members, Naa Amerley Asante-Armar and Gina Atsu, co-hosted our very first Leadership Reflection Circle.
The feedback from those who attended was wonderful.
But what made me smile most wasn’t just that they facilitated a great session.
It was what the session represented.
For months inside A.L.L., we’ve been talking about The Third Layer™ and strengthening the woman behind the strategy.
This was The Third Layer™ becoming visible.
Leadership isn’t developed by waiting until you feel completely ready.
It’s developed by saying yes to opportunities that stretch you, creating space for others to think, and having the courage to lead.
This is exactly what 🟢 Step Forward — Lead & Be Recognised on the A.L.L. Leadership Pathway is all about.
As A.L.L. continues to evolve, this is only the beginning.
We have so many exciting opportunities ahead for our Trusted Members to facilitate conversations, collaborate, contribute, speak, mentor and create opportunities for one another.
Because leadership isn’t simply something we learn.
It’s something we practise.
I’m incredibly proud of Naa and Gina for embracing this opportunity, and equally grateful to every woman who showed up, participated and helped create such a thoughtful and supportive space.
This is what leadership in action looks like. 💜🌿
