Our first ever 6-Mile in Sixmilebridge!🤩✨
This August, Sunday the 23rd at 10am BMOH will be holding the first 6-mile in Sixmilebridge race!
We are so excited to be re-launching the Club and we hope to have you all there.
Along with the Race we will also have a vendor area with all things running so make sure to pop down and see what’s going on! 💙🩵
We will also have a 1km kids race! Guaranteed fun for all the family✨

Hyrox Doubles London 🏃🏻♂️
Quick trip to the Olympia, very enjoyable race and top work by .morey pushing himself to the max👏🏻
Final Hyrox for a while now as I shift the body back to GAA mode. Really enjoyed the different aspect of training over past few months
