Meet beautiful Dorota!
Dorota teaches on Monday at 9.15 and 10.15 and Wednesday at 10.30.
‘My journey and passion for reformer Pilates began at SE9 Pilates, where I first discovered just how transformative the practice can be. What started as a personal commitment to staying active soon evolved into something much more meaningful, and before long, I became one of the instructors there.
What I love most about teaching at SE9 Pilates is the incredible sense of community. Seeing familiar faces week after week, building connections, and supporting clients on their individual journeys is truly special. I take great pride in helping people recover from injuries, regain confidence in their bodies, and witnessing their progress as they grow stronger with each session.
Reformer Pilates is something I’m deeply passionate about because of its adaptability, it truly is for everyone, regardless of fitness level or age. Being in my late forties and having always led an active lifestyle, discovering the reformer was life-changing for me. It’s both humbling and rewarding, constantly challenging you while also supporting your body in the most effective way.

“My Pilates journey began in 2019 when I discovered SE9. James’ Sunday 9am class quickly became a non-negotiable for me, and I soon noticed the difference Pilates made to my strength training and running.
Movement has always been important to me, but Reformer Pilates added a whole new dimension — deepening my mind-to-muscle connection, and improving my concentration, control, alignment, and breath.
I love the supportive and inclusive community we’ve built at SE9, and most importantly, I love seeing our clients fall in love with Pilates too.”
