I loved sharing some hallowen fun with my younger kids classes this week.
🎃Imagining carving pumpkins, making yummy soup.
👻Ghost breathing
Magical potions and spells to turn frozen pixies, back to fky freely.
And deep guided relaxation of snuggly fire time.

Magical and mystical themes always great for imagination.. And love how co created kids classes are. They have best creative minds, so cultivate them 💚

Harvest /Autumn Abundance.
We did some mindful walking outside the class today, appreciating the crunchy leaves, fresh air, chirping birds and sunshine.

Collecting pieces to make our Autumn mandala.
Taking a moment to appreciate all the colours, textures and all nature gives and how much abundance we have.
Was a lovely reflective class.
With some movement to an Autumnal story.
Nature always teaches so much.
And so important planting these seeds of appreciation and mindfulness from a young age.
Have enjoyed these new classes and starting to build connections in Barnes with .essence.yoga

We loved having a magical theme in our yoga /mindfulness class today.
Love letting the children express themselves and share there magical wish
Glowing rabbits, pixies, unicorns and glitter always a win.
And having bean bag props to aid relaxation time was nice.
Pretending we were floating on clouds.
Kids need down time to just be and love relaxation after a busy week.

Happy Autumn everyone .
One of my fave themes to do with my classes.
Nature mandalas, leaf blowing and balancing, picking up conkers with feet and woodland animal yoga stories.

A great time of year to get kids out in nature, noticing changes and feel gratitude.
