Being a new mum can be extremely isolating and lonely. It can feel like you have no one to talk to and nowhere to go (that doesn't involve taking everything including the kitchen sink packed into your baby's changing bag!) It doesn't have to be like that.
Having a routine, a place to go, friendly people to meet and an activity to do, can do wonders for your sanity. That's where being a busylizzy member can give your days focus. You may not feel 100 percent, the dishes may be piled high but who cares.
