All you need to know while we renovate
From August 10–25, we’re taking yoga outdoors and online while the studio is being renovated!

Please book and join all classes via our website (ideally using Google Chrome) and not through the app, especially if you’re using an iPhone.

🧘 Need props?
You can borrow yoga props from Vicky at the studio this Friday only for £15 for the full 2-week period.

Looking to get back into movement? Mum & Baby Yoga is a wonderful place to start. Every Wednesday with Solene at 10:30am.

We’re in a season of transformation. It feels exciting, vulnerable, and, if I’m honest, a little scary. Some days it feels like I’m walking on eggshells, but I’m choosing to trust my instincts.

I’m also leaning on this incredible community for its love, encouragement, and energy. Every kind word, every class you attend, every smile and every bit of support helps us grow.
