I started “Greet the Moon” as a gentle monthly pause. A place to check in with yourself, follow the rhythm of the moon, and find small ways to meet each month with a little more softness, intention, and ease.

My journey with yoga began in a forest in France ✨ a moment that quietly changed everything.
At the time, I was navigating anxiety and sadness around my mum’s illness, and yoga became a space where I could breathe, feel, and begin to process it all. What started as curiosity led me to train in Bali, and over time, to sharing this practice with others.
Now, what I love most is creating a space where people can simply be, to slow down, reflect, and let go. That feeling at the end of class, in stillness and ease, is everything 🤍
Yoga, to me, isn’t about being flexible or “spiritual enough.” It’s for anyone, for any reason. It’s about coming home to yourself, even just once a month, and making space for what really matters.
This path has taught me to choose presence over fear, to honour my own voice, and to find beauty in the small, everyday moments 🌿
If you’ve been needing a reset, this is your reminder: you deserve time for you.
