Funny how we think the answer is always “MORE.”
MORE workouts.
MORE restrictions.
MORE discipline.
But the reason the sweat challenge has helped thousands of people transform is because we do less... just for longer. Fitness needs to be a part of your lifestyle that you can sustain not a punishment you go through for a few weeks
Three workouts a week.
A few extra steps.
Slightly better food choices.
Nothing dramatic.
Just enough consistency for the results to finally catch up. And turns out that’s enough. The results speak for themselves
