ā€œAfter the first 3 months I felt I could continue of my own accord as I’d learnt so much,

but I continued for the structure and the ability to allow my mind to focus on other things.

I feel strong, my body looks totally different. I’m loving it!ā€

ā€œCan you just give me a meal plan?ā€

No. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

And here’s why.

Because if meal plans actually worked, you wouldn’t still be looking for one.

You can literally go to EatThisMuch.com and have an entire meal plan generated in about 30 seconds.

In fact, go and fu***ng do it.

Seriously.

You can get free meal plans everywhere.

Instagram.
ChatGPT.
Google.
Fitness apps.

The internet isn’t short on meal plans.

So why are people still struggling?

Because the problem was never a lack of information.

The problem is consistency.

It’s navigating weekends.
It’s emotional eating.
It’s busy rehearsal schedules.
It’s takeaways after a late show.
It’s holidays.
It’s stress.
It’s boredom.
It’s knowing what to do when life inevitably gets messy.

A meal plan doesn’t teach you that.

A PDF doesn’t coach you through that.

And that’s why every decent coach, PT and nutrition professional eventually comes to the same conclusion:

People don’t need another fu***ng meal plan.

They need coaching.

They need support.
They need accountability.
They need habits.
They need someone to help them adapt when life throws a spanner in the works.

Because nobody’s biggest problem is knowing that chicken, rice and broccoli exist.

The people who get results aren’t the people with the perfect meal plan.

They’re the people who learn how to eat well consistently.

That’s the difference.

And that’s why we coach people.

Not because meal plans don’t exist.

Because long-term change doesn’t come from a spreadsheet.

It comes from learning how to live.

Most performers don’t need another diet.

They don’t need more guilt.
They don’t need more rules.
And they definitely don’t need to spend another year feeling like they’re constantly ā€œstarting againā€.

What they’re really looking for is something much simpler.

To feel in control.

✨ In control of their training.
✨ In control of their nutrition.
✨ In control of their energy.
✨ In control of their confidence.
✨ In control of the habits that support the career they love.

Not perfect.

Just consistent.

Because when you stop relying on motivation and start building systems that fit around your life and your performing schedule, something changes.

You stop feeling overwhelmed.

You stop swinging between extremes.

And for the first time in a long time…

You feel like yourself again.

That’s what we’re here for. ā¤ļø

What does ā€œfinally in controlā€ mean to you?

Shaking the ants nest….🐜

It seems ice pi**ed people off, next up warm-ups.

YES - we’re emotionally tied to our routines…but look, imagine you knew nothing at all about it, come in with a beginner mindset - no previous assumptions or information.

Then look at the suggestions, and the evidence.

I promise you’ll end up where I am.

Ok… let’s p**s some people off.

And before you come at me in the comments here, ask yourself why you’re feeling so defensive…?

Why are you defending icing your injury so much?

Really?

Do you even remember who told you it was a good idea?!?

Is it because you do it regularly and you believe it does you good? So it’s challenging your beliefs…?

Ok… well - GOOD.

You do you.

I’m not saying don’t ice your damn injuries if you want to, it doesn’t affect me. I’m just telling you what the evidence shows and how best to navigate that. You can listen, or not. Your call.

Is heat better? In most circumstances - yes.

Are there still reasons and occasions to use ice? Definitely.

So jump out from your dug in trench and let’s talk about the science together and figure out what would be BEST for you, together.

I’m open minded if you are.

Confidence confidence confidence.

Isn’t this what it’s really all about anyway?

You want to look bigger, or leaner, or whatever… so you can FEEL a certain way.

When you do, life has a little more magic in it.

Usually, it’s enough to make you want to work for that feeling, so when you are… drop me a message.
