My Yoga practice is grounding, calm, mature, honest, creative, fluid and fun those will be the ingredients that I will use to spice your practice too.

I grew up surrounded by active and inspiring role models. My father, an architect, practiced Kung Fu and aquatic sports throughout his life. My mother, a ballet dancer, still practices Yoga and Tai Chi. Their dedication to movement and healthy living deeply influenced me. I am having the opportunity to practice Yoga with my mum and it's great. She was a dancer and has practiced Tai Chi for the last 20 years. Her balance and strength is admirable for her age.

She trained my siblings and I to keep moving and listen to our bodies. I am so grateful for the time that she spent with me while I was growing learning to understand how to practice a discipline, ballet in my case, could be the key to a more balanced life.

I am converted, knowing that the way to an independent mature age is held by keeping an active body.
