✨ HerSpace is back, and this time it’s a little different… 🌿

It’s a place to slow down, reset, and build a wellness routine that actually works, surrounded by an incredible community of women. This month, there will be an interactive masterclass centered around women’s hormones and gut health. Flora, founder of and nutritional therapist, will give you the chance to anonymously submit your questions so she can then then tailor her talk live, on the night, for you!

Aswell as this, there will be a guided sauna & cold plunge session and hormone balancing tea’s on tap, served hot or cold, provided by .shanti

London’s about to get toasty. We’re talking 35 degrees, sweaty Tube platforms, the lot. So we’re bringing the cool to you 🧊

Here’s the science bit: a cold plunge actually drops your body temp for a good while after, so you walk back out into the heat feeling human again.

Lunch break plunge? Pre-work reset? Post-work cooldown? Sneaky one before bed? Yes, yes, yes and yes. Pop in any weekday, grab 10 minutes in the plunges, and carry on like the heat never happened.

Social Saturdays is back. 🤝🧊🔥

On Saturday, Lola’s x PerfectTed brought the vibes, cupcakes and matcha, next we’re going full nordic.

On 27th June we’re welcoming Forest Spa Finland | Nordic Skin Wellness into the space. Sauna experts meet sauna skincare, pre and post sauna products from one of the leading sauna skincare brands in the world, here for you to try, sample, and take home.

It felt like a natural fit from the moment we reached out. A brand rooted in nature, sustainability, and the ritual of the sauna, in a space built around exactly that. We can’t wait to have them here.

On the day: back to back yoga in the studio, contrast sessions running all day from 8am to 7pm, and Forest Spa Finland giveaways and samples throughout.

All you need to do is book a session on the 27th. The collab does the rest.

We threw some quick fire questions at our MD. One of them was his top wellness fad, and we were not ready 😅

He led with “longer isn’t always better”, and to be honest we were scared of where that was going.

Turns out he meant effort. There’s a strange obsession with endurance as proof of doing the work. Ten minutes in the plunge, a two-hour gym session, the hardest thing possible done once. The research, and honestly, just watching our members, tells a different story. Thirty minutes done consistently beats an occasional extreme session every time. Frequency wins. Showing up wins. The habit is the thing.

He also had thoughts on:

Cold shower routines. 90 seconds under a cold tap is not contrast therapy. We said what we said.

Supplement stacks. £200 a month on powders isn’t going to save you if you’re sleeping four hours, eating badly, and your only routine is the same pub at 5pm on a Thursday 🍺

The low points never feel temporary when you’re in them. But they pass, and the funny thing is they often wake you up to what you’d stopped noticing: the people who show up for you, the places that steady you, the groups that pull you back in.

That’s the reminder this men’s mental health month. A bad stretch isn’t the whole story, it’s the thing that wakes you up to all the good you’d stopped noticing.

Men still make up around three in four of the lives we lose to su***de in the UK, so check in on your mates this week. Sit with them, listen, remind them they’ve got people around them.
