Nearest stations are Ladbroke Grove, White City, Kensal Rise, with local street parking available for free in the evenings.

We have also introduced two new beginner classes from 6-7pm on Wednesday and Thursday followed by a two hour advanced class.

Choosing to do wrestling over warm ups. Over the last year and a half we’ve been developing our wrestling, transitioning from feet to floor to submissions, rather than doing traditional warm ups.

On this Sunday prior to the bank holiday, we will have the usual 230 - 4 open mat on, and on bank holiday Monday itself we will have an additional open mat free to all gyms/rashguards from 11-1230.

Monday evening classes are cancelled.
