I’ll start when I’m less busy

I hear a version of this all the time

And I get it, life can feel very FULL at times.

But here’s what nobody wants to say out loud.

Life doesn’t calm down.

There will always be another deadline, another holiday, another birthday, another reason it isn’t quite the right time.

Six months ago a lot of you may have said this exact thing.

Here we are, second half of 2026 starting tomorrow, and nothing has changed.

Every woman you see in the photos had a full life before they started, and believe it or not, still do

The difference is..

They started in the middle of the mess, with the school runs, social occasions, deadlines and everything else still going on

Their plans are built around the chaos, and are still able to achieve insane results!

So here’s the question.

Where could you be in six months if you stopped waiting for the right time, and just started?

Same place, same frustration, same conversation with yourself in December?

Or stronger, more energised, feeling like you again, because you have a plan thats fits around the life you’ve actually got, not the one you wish you had more time for.

In 2 weeks time will be launching Strong & Lean Series #10 🎉 our 8-week signature online home class programme, and honestly, looking back at where this all started just blows my mind.

My favourite way to sneak in protein and have chocolate at the same time 👌

Method
- 300g cottage cheese, blended
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Honey
- For the topping melted chocolate chips + flaky sea salt
- Pop in the fridge for 2 hours+, serve and enjoy!

This recipe makes 3 portions

184 cals 12g Protein per serving

Week 7 round-up — Fat Loss Diary As I approach My 50th in July

For those who are new here.

I am doing exactly what I would do when coaching my 1-1 clients through a weight/fat loss phase

Starting weight 56kg 
Todays weight 54.4kg
4cm off the waist

My weight is up, measurements are the same as last week

This week has been an absolute s**t show if I’m being honest.

I have been so mentally and physically exhausted, that I needed at least an hours nap every day

I had to drop my weights in my workouts, as that was the only way I would have managed to get all 3 of them done

Steps were slightly under my 14k target too

I was so hungry and went over my calories three days out of seven, because I just felt like I really needed the extra calories

Birthday celebrations at the weekend, and I had a few more margaritas than I’d planned for, 🤦🏻‍♀️ nowhere near what I would’ve drunk a year and a half ago.

So I’m taking that as a win.

Although I wasn’t super hungover the next day. I made sure that I still, did what I needed to do anyway.

Got my steps in.
Drank 10+ pints of water
Mowed the lawn.
Prepped my food for the week.
Had an early night.

Old me would have sat on the sofa all day feeling sorry for herself and regretted it for the rest of the week

Yes my weight has spiked and I drank more alcohol, but I realised it is probably my monthly cycle that made me so exhausted (I have a coil and haven’t had a period in years).

This is what a real fat loss journey looks like.

Not perfect.
Not linear.

But doing what we can, even on the days you’re running on empty.

Four and a bit weeks until my 50th.

We’re locked in.

I’m actually not too mad about how I’m looking - definitely leaner than week 1 even if the scales are driving me mad

Six weeks isn’t long, but its long enough to see a real change in your body and confidence

One thing I am always passionate about is showing what is achievable with my before and after transformations, but what i don’t show often enough is what can actually be achieved in short amounts of time like 6 weeks without feeling like you have to give up your life
