Fellas, you can continue to stay angry at the women you hear talking all that s**t online…

Or you can see it for what it is.

I am proud of all the work I see men doing on themselves over the recent years. Trying to become better men.

My brothers, the few woman online do not speak for all women. Those women are either hurt, conditioned, or stupid… maybe all three.

These things can come across as toxic, but toxic is different… trust me I know 😩

I like to see them as women who just need guidance.

Our mothers, sisters, and daughters are women and now more than ever they need us to lead the way, back to a place that strengthens our society.

It won’t be easy, and there will be push back….

And if we’re truly honest, most of us want love and support from an amazing woman…

One that is nurturing, loyal, self-respecting with similar values.

But how is that possible if you don’t think these women exist?

I think we need to let the woman online chat their s**t.

Recognise that they’re speaking about a reality that doesn’t reflect your own.

I don’t think we need to fully understand them - I’m not actually sure that’s possible - but we do need to accept this and let them have their opinions.

We can show them otherwise. We can act in a way that contradicts their statements.

It’ll take patience like you’ve never shown before.

It will push you to your very edge.

You’ll need to dig deep to hold your integrity and show up as a mature masculine man that’s able to hold the wildness of the feminine.

Maybe you’re not there yet… but this is what’s needed to bring happiness and harmony to the women of the western world.

On a micro level, we think it’s not our responsibility to make her “happy”, but when you zoom out and think about the macro impact 😮‍💨

I’m up for being a part of the generation that dismantled the agenda’s plan to destroy the family unit.

What are your thoughts?

I am grateful that I am able to find peace amongst chaos…

However, the mind is extremely good at compartmentalising.

It automatically tries to avoid certain life situations so not to feel pain… which has its pros and cons.

My daily practices of meditation, movement and mindfulness help to move challenging times through me, but it doesn’t all get through…

Some of the pain will get stuck in the process and build up subtly over time.

A weight that builds so gradually, you won’t even notice it.

Your body constantly tries to communicate with you but many people spend a lot of time in their minds.

The mind will sense something is quite right and direct you to a substance to ensure that no discomfort is felt.

If your mind is too loud like mine once was, this body connection practice may not be for right now…

But for those who do have calm minds but can feel the lingering feelings - it’s time to unlock the super power of your body by genuinely connecting to it.

The body mantra:

Wise body, my beautiful wise body, I ask for you to take the lead. Find what needs to be found, feel what needs to be felt, and release what needs to be released. Let us connect and walk together in truth.”

What my “study” highlighted will for sure describe many women to the T.

A lot of these women are the loudest - especially here on social media.

Similarly, there will be a number of toxic traits that describe how many men show up. These men also have the loudest voices.

The behaviours of these men are not masculine behaviours… they’re wounded unhealed actions by the brothers that don’t work on themselves.

We’ve all met those women who are spiteful, gossips, blames everyone one and every thing yet cannot receive any criticism back.

These are wounded women acting from their unhealed parts.

I’ve had my season of disliking women due to the actions of just a few that hurt me.

There are women reading this, who have been so hurt from men that they’re tarnishing all men with the same brush.

My question to those reading this is:

What would happen if we started fresh? 🤷🏾

We’re all gonna f**k up, as we’re perfectly imperfect by nature.

When we go into something looking for a toxic trait.. we’ll find it. 👀

I’d personally like some harmony.

I do say ‘women are all nuts’ - half joking- as from a man’s perspective it seems that way… and that’s ok

As a man I’ll always have a limited understanding to a woman’s experience… and that ok too - don’t make me understand something I’m not designed to.

When we accept the differences - things will change.
