Women+ Preseason starts Tuesday 7th July

What? Preseason training includes fitness, basic ball skills, touch rugby, and over time introduction and reintroduction to contact training and tackling.

When? 7:30-9pm, every Tuesday and Thursday starting Tuesday 7th July.

Where? Old Alleynians RFC, Dulwich Common, SE21 7HA.
Closest train station is West Dulwich.
Bus stops also nearby.

The teams are set. Regional 1 South Central 2026/27.

We held our Club Workday at OAs today, expertly organised by Ian Goodhew, Alastair Carnegie and Piers Cleaver and a huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time to help around the club and contribute to another successful day.

Noah Lienafa, OAs’ Player of the Season, earned his second Kent Seniors cap today and made his first start after coming off the bench in last week’s fixture.

It was a tough challenge against a Cornwall side packed with Nat 1 players, but Noah more than held his own. In fact, many observers including the Kent forwards coach felt he was deserving of the Kent MOTM award.

A fantastic way to finish the season. Now for a well earned four week break before pre-season begins! 😂
