💦 Aqua aerobics at Penguins Palace ain’t a joke!
Our Aqua POWER session, led by Patsy White, is a higher intensity aqua workout focused on building strength, improving endurance and increasing overall fitness. Expect short bursts of effort, plenty of movement and a great full body challenge.

🤿 Diving lessons continue with dynamic duo, Laszlo and Terry! Today, they’re joined by Josiah to perform some kneeling dives. A great progression exercise that sets students up for body awareness and control upon entry.
