We recently helped the guys out

First heading to the new location back in April with several pin and plate loaded machine assembling them before the flooring had even been laid

We then headed north of the border 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

On opening week to move kit across from the old gym and also assemble new plate and pin loaded machine as well as steppers, treadmills the list goes on

The boys & and the team have really built a special place for bodybuilding in the heart of Scotland with the MH take over continuing now in Livingston

A recent install for the guys over there biggest location yet

They’ve been up and running in there new facility a few months head over to their insta account and check them out !!

We installed the revival 20mm matting throughout with a 16.1m x 2m sled track l

We also installed a 4 bay wall mounted rig with a monkey bar section to for their youth athletes

A newly opened boxing club in north London we had the first phase of the install being carried out to allow the gym to open to boxers

Before returning for phase 2 all of the S&C equipment

Phase 1 was :

Install 175 SQM of our 20mm 1m x 1m rubber matting with an EPDM top layer throughout the gym

We also incorporated a 10m x 1m sled track laid on a bed of 9mm plywood to allow a seamless finish from track to floor

A real clean crisp finish to a new facility

What can you fit in a gym with 9 SQM of space…

you can have a fully functioning gym with cardio / cables and a rack

with room for Dumbells, kettlebells and with floor space left over for future purchases ….

When laying out a gym a design is great, an ai image brilliant …

But until you start putting things in their place you won’t get a true feel for what flows best

In our opinion everything should be built around the centre piece of any home gym the rack

A recent update

We removed the old storage cage at a first glance it looked as if the storage cage was great but like most storage units it was enclosed and just ended up storing everything and anything

We removed the cage in its entirety along with all the storage shelves

then painted the walls and ceiling to match the rest of the gym

We then laid our 20mm matting / installed some new free standing storage and disposed of all redundant and un used equipment

With the gym getting busier it gave the gym that extra few SQM of space it also made it the gym feel and look bigger !!
