Five classes. One beautiful Summer Shine Pilates journey. ☀️
We have built layer by layer through this challenge - from full-body foundations and upper-body strength to back support, standing work, balance, and coordination.
And now we are finishing strong with Class 5: a focused lower-body practice for the glutes, legs, hips, and core, using a loop band and light weights for that satisfying extra challenge.

How do you measure progress in your movement practice?

Working standing brings the whole body into the practice: legs, glutes, core, arms, posture, balance, and coordination all working together.
Class 4 of our Summer Shine Pilates Challenge is a Standing Pilates Fusion class with light weights. It is designed to help you build the kind of strength that supports everyday life - moving with greater ease, feeling steady on your feet, and carrying yourself with more confidence.

Our 5 Class Summer Shine Pilates challenge is here. ☀️
Class 1 is a full-body Pilates practice using light weights to bring a little extra depth and focus to each movement. We move through controlled strength work for the arms, legs, glutes, and centre, balanced with mobility and length through the whole body.
I love how this class feels: strong and energising, but still calm and considered. A gentle reminder that movement does not need to feel rushed or punishing to be effective.

☀️ A new series is beginning on the platform this week - and I’ve been looking forward to sharing it with you.
The Summer Shine Pilates Challenge is a five-class series I’ve put together to help you feel genuinely strong, energised, and connected to your body. Each class builds on the last, so by the end you’ll have moved through the whole body in a really considered, intentional way.
The first class is coming tomorrow, we begin with full-body strength and mobility: a grounding, flowing class that sets the tone for everything that follows.
