I’m in my 60s and got all the muscle mass I need doing pilates.
I come from a fitness background and chose Pilates over the gym because it’s a more complete method. I never looked back!

If like me, the gym is not your thing - mechanical, repetitive and two dimensional- there are other ways of building muscle mass. Pilates is one of them.
