HOLLY BELLSHAM PERFORMING ARTS

16 years of teaching my beautiful Uni Leavers. I am extremely proud to have pupils continuing their training at URDANG, THE BRITS SCHOOL, D&B, BATH UNI DANCE DEGREE and CHICHESTER UNI MUSICAL THEATRE DEGREE. As well as pupils going on to do Sport, Medicine and Biology. I am so incredibly proud of all of you. Many of this year’s leavers have been with me since they were 2 years old. 16 years of seeing you for multiple classes a week makes saying goodbye so hard. A parent said to me this week ‘It’s not goodbye, it’s see you soon’. Thank you for choosing me and my school, it means the world. Lots of tears this week. I am so honoured to have been a part of your story. 🩷 # # #

The hardest part of my job is saying goodbye to pupils when they go off to uni. It’s not only hard for me but the pupils too. They create a bond, a safe space, a place outside of school where they create new friendships. A place to chat, to have fun and do what they love. Goodbyes are hard, but friendships are forever 🩷 # # #

When you’re a Dance Mum and a Dance School Principal. I don’t get to watch my little girl from the front in the auditorium with rest of the audience, but I do get to be the one that provides the opportunities for her and watch her from the wings, often with tears in my eyes. I can be there to give her a hug as she goes on stage and when she come off. I have always had the best job in the world, but when your own child is involved too it make it even more special 🩷 # # #

WE DANCED IN THE WEST END!! BOTH OUR MATINEE AND EVENING CAST!! You did it!! I am so proud of every single one of you. You danced Three Ballet Routines and Three Street Dance Routines and a lyrical routine. You danced your hearts out and all of your hard work paid off. I am one extremely proud dance teacher. ❤️

WE DANCED AT WEMBLEY STADIUM!! On Saturday 55 of our pupils danced their hearts out performing on the pitch at Wembley Stadium!! This was such a ‘pinch me’ moment for myself. I was so so proud of everyone. What an amazing moment and memory and definitely something I will always remember ❤️ # # #

We are SOOO EXCITED that 55 of our pupils will be performing at WEMBLEY STADIUM this week!!! 5 DAYS TO GO! ❤️ # # #

WEMBLEY STADIUM Rehearsals with 50 of our pupils today. Am honestly blown away with how well you all did. I felt so proud watching you all today! 3 weeks until you get to shine on that pitch! ❤️ # # #

We had SOOO much fun yesterday Performing and walking in the parade for the Petts Wood May Queen Carnival. Some of our pupils performed ‘Naughty’ from Matilda and they sung their little hearts out. The day was even more special as our lovely pupil Aimee was crowned the May Queen!! One very proud Principal. ❤️ # # #
