To our Neter Ma’at Centre family and community,

Due to ongoing noise issues and outside interference beyond our control, we made the difficult decision to close the doors of our current Neter Ma’at Centre location.

But this is not the end of Neter Ma’at.

We are happy to announce that we have found a new home and are preparing to welcome everyone back very soon.

This move gives us an opportunity to come back stronger, with more classes, more workshops, more community activities, and a better space for learning, healing, movement and spiritual development.

Neter Ma’at Centre was created to provide a space where our community can come together, learn, grow and reconnect with knowledge that strengthens the Mind, Body & Soul.

We want to thank everyone who has supported the Centre, attended our classes and workshops, taught, shared knowledge, volunteered, and helped build this community.

One chapter has closed, but another is about to begin.

So we do not enter carelessly.

We open a gate of light.
We call the righteous ones of the waters,
the elders unseen,
the forces that cleanse without taking.

This is not bathing.
This is ceremony.
A sacred agreement between body, spirit, and nature.

An unrooted soul may enter with intention
and return carrying something unnamed.

So we ground first.
We seal the space.
We leave only with what was meant for us.

Cons'cious Flow Yoga:
Hips don't Lie
We are back in the sacred and intimate setting of Neter Ma’at in Brixton for a thoroughly sweet and spicy 90mins CFY session to begin the strong with intention and peace.

This practice is going to be all about the hips. Y’all know they don’t lie!

We will focus on deep stretches and breath work practice to bring ease and flow into our sacral chakra energy centre releasing any lingering fear, frustration, worry or pain and welcoming peace. One breath at a time.

Abeg - no prior 'flexibility' or 'yoga experience' needed! this is a judgment-free area, where discernment is welcome, no 'perfect' Pepo are allowed and we meet ourselves exactly where we are at.

So bring your valued and cherished energy, your mat (we do have some spare ones if you don't) some blocks (if you have them), some water, a pen and a journal.

We cannot wait to flow with you ooh! Feel you on the Ma’at.
