What an incredible weekend at Latitude Festival đŸ©·

Three days. Three sessions. Over 100 incredible humans.

I’m feeling so grateful to have returned to Latitude for a third year to share the power of 9D Breathwork

Every journey was different, and it was such a privilege to witness people slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and giving themselves permission to simply be.

Thank you to The Zen Project for having me back, to 9D Breathwork for continue creating incredible experiences, and to everyone who trusted me to guide them through the process of reconnecting with your breath. It was an honour đŸ©·

Breathingspace 🧘 Forever grateful that you drove all the way from France to support me and share this incredible weekend with me đŸ™đŸŒđŸ«¶đŸ»

My heart is full. Thank you for making this weekend so special. 🌿

Summer just wouldn’t feel complete without Latitude Festival â˜€ïžđŸŒż

In less than a week, I’ll be back for my third year, sharing the incredible experience of 9D Breathwork in the beautiful The Zen Project Mind Body Zen space.

It’s so special to offer people a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect in the middle of such a vibrant festival. It’s become one of my favourite parts of the summer, and I can’t wait to do it all again ☀

If you’re heading to Latitude, come and find me:

🎧 Friday 24 July | The Yoga Garden | 5:00 PM
🎧 Saturday 25 July | The Discovery Tipi | 12:00 PM
🎧 Sunday 26 July | The Inner Temple | 11:00 AM

A huge thank you to The Zen Project for welcoming me back once again and for creating such a beautiful space for people to slow down.

I can’t wait to see some familiar faces, meet plenty of new ones, and share this experience with you. See you there! 💙✹

You will lose your light multiple times.

You will get lost on the path you thought was the right one.

You will lose the purpose you believed was everything you had been searching for.

You will die. Multiple times. In all forms.

You will move through shades of your shadow you didn’t even know existed.

The suffering will feel bottomless.

It will feel like you’ve been punished for something you didn’t do.

You will ask questions for which no answer seems to make sense.

You will feel as though no one can see you beneath their own construct of who you are.

You will find yourself hanging out in undefined spaces, experiencing things words cannot describe.

It will feel lonely.

Your old patterns will return again and again, until you shine so much light on them that you can no longer override them with your default stories, excuses, or nervous system responses.

Your new identity will arrive when you exhaust every attempt to remain the same while hoping for change.

Often what looks like failure on the outside is a transformation on the inside.

A lot of times the very thing that feels like it’s breaking you is actually freeing you.

Because on the other side of all of this, you don’t find enlightenment.

You don’t find a perfected version of yourself.

You don’t suddenly become someone new.

You find yourself.

Not the conditioned self.

Not the wounded self.

Not the identity built to survive.

Just the truth of who you’ve always been beneath the noise.

And perhaps that’s why this path asks so much of us.

Because before we can remember who we are, we must be willing to let go of who we are not.

A few moments from this weekend at ✹

The conversations, the music, the nervous system resets, the laughter, the unexpected heart openings, the barefoot walks between sessions, the beautiful humans we met along the way.

So much gratitude to everyone who came to breathe with us, shared their story and allowed us to guide them đŸ™đŸŒ

There’s something really special about watching people soften and remember themselves, even just for a moment.

Thank you for having us again đŸ«¶đŸ».

Thank you and .uk for sharing this experience with me and facilitating those beautiful sessions. I truly couldn’t have done it without you 💖

And thank you to every single soul who made this weekend what it was đŸ€đŸŽ§

Some moments don’t need much said.
Just the right people.

Thank you for being my safe place,
my biggest supporter (the friend who ❀ every post and story from all 3 accounts),
and a shoulder to lean on in both my worst and my best moments.

Women’s friendships really are the ultimate life hack.

24 years of long-distance friendship that asks for nothing
but you being yourself. đŸ€

Can you stay with the truth without collapsing into a younger version of yourself?

Holding truth doesn’t come from gathering more information.

It asks for something else entirely. The ability to stay with what you already feel, without rushing to soften it, explain it, or look away.

It’s noticing what’s there, even when it’s inconvenient.

Even when it asks something of you.

Most of the time, we don’t lack clarity.

We struggle to remain with it.

And that’s the work.

Expanding your capacity to hold it, instead of reaching for relief from the tension it brings.

—

The more truth you can hold, the clearer your no becomes.

No to what feels off, even if you can’t explain it.

No to being available for what drains you.

No to conversations that go in circles.

No to people who meet you with assumptions instead of presence.

No to anything that asks you to override yourself.

Because the more you come into contact with what’s true, the less you can tolerate what isn’t.

The more you see, the harder it becomes to pretend you don’t know what it’s asking of you.

—

If this is something you’re navigating right now, this is the depth I go into in my 1:1 work.

Most of what happens in connection
has nothing to do with the other person.

It’s what gets activated in you.
The moment you close or hold back.
The moment you stop being honest without even realising it.

We don’t meet people from who we are.
We meet them from what we’re protecting.

I’ve been sitting with this a lot lately.
And noticing how subtle it is.

—

If you’ve ever left a conversation
thinking “that wasn’t really me”

If you notice yourself adjusting, holding back,
or trying to get it “right”

If being fully seen still feels unfamiliar
or even unsafe

—

I’m opening a small online space to explore this together.

Guided through conversation, awareness, and a 9D breathwork journey.

This is something I see often.

People come to this work believing it will make them feel better. Believing that if they just do enough of it, life will finally feel easier.

But that’s not what tends to happen.

What I see, again and again,
is that this work doesn’t make life easier.

It makes people see more.

It doesn’t remove discomfort, but it expands the capacity to feel it without reacting, collapsing or needing to escape.

And that’s where everything starts to shift.

Because expectations changes from wanting life to feel comfortable
to start seeing that everything is revealing something.

All the moments that stretched you beyond what felt manageable were never a punishment.

They are part of something deeper.

Expansion.

Because your soul doesn’t care about comfort.

It came here to experience, to grow and remember.

And for those who stay with it long enough,
will inevitably come to understand

that maybe nothing was ever working against them.

That everything they’ve moved through
has been shaping the way they see, feel, and meet life.

And that what they were looking for out there

was never separate from what’s within them.

Nothing was wasted.

It’s amazing how loud your mind becomes when everything else goes quiet.

The post-Vipassana glow ✹

A journey five years in the making.

The seed was planted in 2021.
My application was accepted in 2022, but I pulled out two weeks before the course. I wasn’t ready, fear was louder.

Fast forward to 2026.
In the early hours of January 1st, almost spontaneously, I submitted my application again. The confirmation came quickly. The journey had begun.

The louder the world has become, the more I’ve been craving silence. The more distracted I felt, the more I wanted to strip everything back.

Without a doubt, this was one of the hardest things I have done, physically and mentally.

Every step asked me to trust the process.
Every day tested my why.

10 days
11 hours of meditation each day
No contact with the outside world
Noble silence
No music, no reading, no writing

Pain in my legs that I was convinced would break me. And yet every day I stayed.

Zero dopamine hits and a very loud mind.

The practice is simple, but confronting.

To sit still and observe every sensation in the body, subtle or intense, pleasant or painful, without reacting to it.
To see how quickly the mind wants to grasp, resist, escape.

The very first morning, I sat for meditation at exactly 4:30am.

As I exhaled, my shoulders dropped and a deep sigh came out of nowhere.

In that moment I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. It felt like coming home.

I was ready to sit with myself and allow the process to take me wherever it needed to.

Throughout the first day one message kept returning - There is order in the chaos.

Every twist and turn of our lives is quietly guiding us somewhere.
Most of the time we suffer because we want to be somewhere else. Because we try to predict, control, and force the path.

But sometimes life gives us checkpoints.

Moments that remind us we were never lost.

We were simply learning how to see.

Nothing changed.
And yet the way I observe everything did.
