JOSH HAS LOST 14KG SO FAR…

And has smashed through mental obstacles and quits habits that were self sabotaging his success

When Josh came to me has was new training

Just started off after putting off his weight loss transformation the last few years

Whilst he was in the gym training he really lacked direction

When I asked him if he was following a program, he replied…

“Just following a program my mate wrote me”

(I’ve heard this 1087 times as a fitness coach 😂)

The program was super long, inefficient and not personalised to him at all

This is actually pretty dangerous…

He also had no idea about how to manage his nutrition

We gave him a flexible nutrition system at the start and then adapted it to what it is today

He now feels confident walking in the gym

Training 4x a week on his own! 😳

And is following a diet that he enjoys and feels sustainable

If you sound like you’re in a similar position to Josh a few months ago and feel ready to change

DM “TRANSFORM” and we can have a chat about your goals 👊🏻

CALLUM DROPPED 7KG IN 10 WEEKS WITHOUT GIVING UP CITY LIFE

When we first spoke, Callum was stuck

He’d been going to the gym for years but felt like nothing was really changing

Physically or mentally

He wasn’t overweight, but he wasn’t confident either

And with a holiday coming up, the idea of walking around shirtless made him anxious

That’s the thing about trying to do it on your own

You can train hard

You can try to eat clean

But without structure, it’s all guesswork

HERE’S WHAT WE CHANGED 👇

1️⃣ PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD WITH PURPOSE

No more random workouts or switching things up every week

We tracked his lifts and focused on progression so we knew when he was actually improving

2️⃣ DAILY NUTRITION TRACKING

No fad diets

Just structure around calories and peootek

Yes, it takes effort

But so does spinning your wheels for another 6 months

3️⃣ BUILT IN FLEXIBILTY

Callum still went out, caught up with mates and had his favourite meals

That’s what made this sustainable and why he stuck with it

By the end of the 10 weeks, he felt sharp, confident and in control

No more hiding

No more second guessing

If you’ve been training for years and still don’t feel how you want to

There’s probably nothing wrong with your effort

You just need the right structure

DM me “TRANSFORM” and I’ll show you how we do it 😎

Fitness will have a bigger effect on your life than most things…

But it’s not an immediate effect, that’s why it gets taken for granted

There are many events in your life that shape the way you are

They all give you positive and negative traits

But fitness provides you with something that not many other things can

Resilience

That resilience over time changes you over time

It builds confidence

You start to become more abundant

More positive and more inspiring

You start have a positive effect on other people’s life

I think the last slide sums it up perfectly

Fitness is for cultivating a healthier mindset and becoming a better version of yourself

Don’t let one night out ruin a whole month

Think logically and do the maths

It would take a 7000 calorie surplus to gain a kilogram

I doubt you’ve done that in one night

It takes days of awful eating to gain genuine body fat

Don’t let water weight dictate your mood

Stay consistent.

Stay on track.

Comment “LEAN” and I’ll send you through a calories calculator to work out your calories! 🔥

ENTREPRENEURS CAN GET IN SHAPE AND STAY IN SHAPE TOO

When I first met Adam, he was already doing a lot right

He had built a successful career, ate relatively well and was a keen cyclist

But there were still some important pieces missing

Despite doing plenty of cardio, strength training was almost non existent. His balance and coordination also needed work, and there were parts of his lifestyle that could be improved.

So we built a programme around three priorities:

Increasing his strength, improving his balance and coordination, and helping him perform better in everyday life

We optimised his nutrition to fuel his training and productivity, while still allowing enough flexibility for meals out and his social life

We also used technology to track key variables including sleep, resting heart rate, energy levels and recovery

Within only a few weeks, Adam started to feel the difference

He had more energy throughout the day, improved productivity and felt considerably stronger

And because Adam is a numbers man, the data mattered too

His resting heart rate improved significantly, his average sleep score increased from the low 60s to over 90, and his Garmin Body Battery improved massively

At this rate, it wouldn’t surprise me if he did all of this just to become the new face of Garmin…

But while the numbers are impressive, what matters most is how he feels

More confident in the gym

Stronger in everyday life

And when he gets on his bike, he feels invincible

A demanding career does not have to come at the expense of your health and fitness

DM “TRANSFORM” and let’s discuss your next steps
