You don't need to become someone else.

That's where real healing begins.
If you're longing to reconnect with yourself, I'd love to guide you.

The hardest person to be honest with...
is often ourselves.
Not because we're lying.
But because we've spent years surviving instead of feeling.
Healing starts the moment you become curious instead of critical.

You are not overreacting.
You are reacting from a place that was never fully healed.
The people-pleasing.
The perfectionism.
The anxiety.
The need to stay in control.
These aren't flaws.
They're intelligent survival strategies.
Healing begins when we stop asking,
"What's wrong with me?"
…and start asking,
"What happened to me?"
If you're ready to explore healing at the root, I've created a free Wholeness Experience to help you begin.

There comes a point in your healing journey where you realise...
You've read the books.
You've listened to the podcasts.
You've attended the workshops.
You've become more self-aware.
And yet...
Something still doesn't fully shift.
You still find yourself reacting in ways you don't understand.
You still carry tension in your body.
You still feel like you're holding parts of yourself together instead of feeling truly whole.
Because healing isn't about becoming a better version of yourself.
It's about finally making room for every version of yourself.
The confident woman.
The fearful woman.
The people pleaser.
The one who longs to be seen.
The angry one.
The grieving one.
The joyful one.
Wholeness is not perfection.
Wholeness is allowing yourself to be fully human.
To stop pretending.
To stop performing.
To stop believing you have to earn your worth by having it all together.
Because pretending is exhausting.
Performing creates stress.
And what we resist within ourselves continues to ask for our attention.
This is exactly what we explore inside the "Embodied Wholeness" program.
A 10 step program that will guide you feel whole again.
This isn't about learning another mindset technique or adding more tools to your toolbox.
We gently go beneath the patterns...
Back to the root.
To the places where your nervous system, your inner parts, and your family history have quietly shaped the woman you are today.
This is deep work.
Very deep work...
Compassionate work.
Embodied work.
If you've done personal development but know there's another layer waiting to be met—not with more striving, but with more honesty—this may be your next step.
I currently have **3 places available**.
If something in you quietly whispered, "This is what I've been looking for,"
Or you are curious about the Embodied Wholeness program, just send me a message.
Sometimes the answers you've been searching for aren't found by doing more.
They're found by finally coming home to yourself. 🤍

Why you keep falling back into the same patterns
It’s not because you’re not trying hard enough.
In fact…
it’s often because you are trying so hard.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve done the work.
You’ve become so aware.
And yet something keeps pulling you back.
That “something” isn’t a lack of discipline.
It’s a part of you that learned, a long time ago,
that this pattern was the safest option.
Until that part feels safe…
it will keep leading.
Not to sabotage you—
but to protect you.
If anything of my share does resonate, comment “DEEPER” or send me a message 🤍

You don’t need more discipline.
You need understanding.
You’ve already tried to “do better.”
To change your habits.
To show up differently.
But somehow… you keep ending up in the same place.
Not because you’re failing.
But because a part of you is still trying to protect you.
What looks like resistance…
is often protection.
And protection doesn’t respond to pressure.
It responds to safety.
✨ This is where real change begins.
Have you experienced this?

Shame lives in the dark..,
And only light can heal it!
I know this, because I have been here myself...
And I still have to visit these dark places... To free myself!
The places you avoid.
The memories you don’t touch.
The truths you don’t say out loud.
It grows in silence.
It feeds on the belief that if anyone truly saw you—
your pain,
your fear,
your mistakes,
they would leave.
So you hide.
You perform.
You numb.
You run.
And all the while, shame keeps whispering:
"Something is wrong with you."
Not with what happened to you.
Not with what hurt you.
"With you!!!"
That is its deepest wound.
And its biggest lie..!
But healing is brutal before it is freeing.
Because to heal, you have to turn toward the thing you’ve spent your whole life running from.
To let it crack you open.
To let yourself feel the grief.
The rage.
The loneliness.
The terror in your body.
To name it.
To stay.
To listen.
And in that moment—
when you stop abandoning yourself—
the dark begins to lose its grip.
Because shame cannot survive being witnessed.
And maybe the greatest battle of your life
is learning that you were never the thing that needed to be hidden.

Emotional Overwhelm
Are you carrying emotions that were never YOURS to hold?
Many women absorb everyone else’s energy.
Start asking yourself,
What am I feeling, and what belongs to me..? 🧐

Who ever in your life told you that it was not okay to feel...

Sometimes a place or a country changes us in ways we never expect.
Not because of the place itself,
but because of what we experience there.
The people we meet along the way.
The challenges we face.
The moments that break us open and help us grow.
And perhaps also the moments that brake us down.
8,5 years ago, I stepped into the unknown, never realising how much it would shape me.
But isn’t that how life often works..?
We leave what’s familiar, and somewhere along the way, we find the parts of ourselves we didn’t know were missing.
Growth often waits on the other side of discomfort.
And every chapter — even the hard ones — leaves something valuable behind.
On the picture, me working on the farm as a farm hand,
88 days milking cows, looking after and taking care of the little calfs,
88 days doing work that I would have never imagined me doing EVER in my life,
88 days that where very challenging, and during this time I found many parts in me that I did not even know existed.
Exploring the inner world in all it's glory.
The parts in us that do not feel comfortable to us,
The parts in us that do not want us to succeed,
The parts in us that feel worry,
The parts in us that feel the exhilaration,
The parts in us that we have to accept for ourself,
And when you look back at your own journey…
what part of yourself did life ask you to meet, accept, or grow through?
