Things were literally flying around in training this week, all fun and games with the lads keeping their area clean.

All the lads, as always, put in great efforts this week training under the astro lights, the nights are getting lighter, not long until we get back to Launcherhead Park.

Some of the 2012 squad were back in the gym this morning due to a cancelled match.

Lots of hard work and swetty heads but they were all full of smiles when it ended. 💪🏻🙂
