Great competition at The Dome in Doncaster. Ruth May and Owen Hignell both winning gold π₯π₯, against very good competition. Both at the bottom end of the weight categories with Ruth fighting Olympic category.
Only 2 fighters and we placed 15th out of 29 teams πͺπ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ. Super proud of them. Great work by Rebecca Hignell officiating again π. Thank you Master Gary Sykes for a great day π π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώ Wales Taekwondo Llantwit Major Taekwondo Vale Sports Development Team Sport Wales
