I have had an amazing year running chair Yoga classes from St Illtuds Church, but things have had to change. Drop in chair yoga is now running from the studio above Health Conscious in Llantwit Major.

I haven't managed to catch up with all that have attended since our summer break, so hoping you see this and find where I have moved! All new enquires welcome too.

The Class has also changed day and time, now on Monday mornings, 11am. For more info, contact Lee on [email protected]

Spaces in all classes. £7 a class for termly / half termly block bookings. £9 drop in sessions.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🥳 Just a reminder that classes start back up tomorrow, with chair yoga in the morning, and 7pm St Athan class in the evening. Many People noted that they cannot make a morning session for Chair Yoga so as of this Tuesday (13th), I will be trialling an afternoon session too! 2-2.45pm. Would love to see you there 🙏

Chair Yoga starts back on Tuesday 6th Sept, no need to book, just drop in, but please message if you would like anymore information. For those over 60, I am a Golden Pass Provider, so this could get you 8 free sessions! Hope to see you there 🙏
