Flat out this morning for Pickeball / Table tennis with 13 members playing!!!

The standard going up every week 👏 Although it’s played in fun spirit with a “hint of competitiveness” 👀

Come along as we learn how we can become more resilient and help manage our wellbeing as well as helping others in the community.

Using a multi organisation approach we aim to help relieve pressures felt within the area.

Come and enjoy the relaxed (although competitive at times 🤯) atmosphere 🎶 of Pickleball / Table tennis and a cuppa ☕️ Monday mornings / Tuesday evenings.
