A couple of new stickers added to the Bow Bus this evening 👌 Bear Archery The Push Archery Shrew Bows Ron LaClair Bodnik Archery National Field Archery Society and of course my Clwyd archer sticker 👌

Last night I had the privilege of shooting around Thornbury 3d course with one of the top Trad archers in the UK Aaron O'Shea before he flies out to shoot the World 3D championships next month!

Aaron was kind enough to extend an invite to shoot with him whenever I ended up working in his area, turns out that was this week and true to his word, we grabbed the bows and headed out !

I have been struggling lately with shot anxiety which has completely ruined my scores, again Aaron knew what to do and the results from just 1 arrow spoke for itself! My first arrow being a high 5 (16 NFAS) was completely out of control! He then talked me through some steps and made me think I would not be releasing the shot, all of a sudden a shout of Loose came in and BAM pin wheeled the 11 ring (24spot NFAS)

This made me realise I can do it and I know I can work on it!

I must add Thornburys course was great! I will definitely be returning to shoot this at an open shoot some day soon! 🤘

Yesterday a group of us attended to start the course laying for out Wolf Hunter shoot on the 11th October 🏹

Well I became a cool kid last weekend !

I finally got myself a The Push Archery Alpha pack 🙌 honestly don’t know why I waited so long to get one ! The quality is amazing, the size is perfect ! And also cool points go up by 5% 👌

If you have been debating it at all, just do it ! You will not be disappointed! You have my word 🤘🏹

Well this was an experience! If somehow you don’t know who this is….. this is the Great Dane and no not Scooby Doo… this is Oliver “The Great Dane” Øchkenholt he is the bow whisper of barebow! I’ve never witnessed such control and accuracy in archery before watching Oliver! He is an incredible archer and super nice guy too ! Even bent down 2ft to have a picture with me 😂 thank you for your time and your company in Denmark mate ! It was a real pleasure to meet you!

I had the absolute privilege to meet this legend at the weekend! Getting to spend a weekend with legends of the sport is something I never thought I would be doing ! Some say he is a true descendant of god himself, some say he can walk on water …. All we know is …. He is Bow Jesus Klaes Andersen !

The organisation and effort this guy put in this weekend was amazing ! He made us all so welcome in Denmark and ensured we got to try out the best courses Denmark has to offer! We even arrived to a real Viking initiation, drinking Mead from horn cups 👌 it was bad ass ! (Picture to follow)

Well unfortunately our trip to Denmark 🇩🇰 has come to an end, what an experience! One of the best weekends of archery I have ever had ! So many laughs with such fantastic people !

Bring on next year when the Danes hopefully return to Britain! 🇬🇧 maybe a little less pillaging this time though guys 😉😂
