We are running a free session on Wednesday 12th August for everyone to join in!

If you have been for one session or all sessions or never been before - please come along next Wednesday and enjoy fun ladies netball and some cake and some Nosecco bubbles.

Come and raise a glass to our lovely, friendly club which provides a hour of ‘me’ time with friends and a sprinkling of fitness!
