THE SEPTEMBER GAMES ARE COMING… 🏋️‍♀️

And after 6 weeks off, it's time to prepare for the main event.

WARM-UP

🔥 Pre-ironing the school uniform because apparently we're organised now.

🔥 Mobilising into buying new lunchboxes after remembering you never actually emptied the old ones...

..and they've been festering in a school bag for 6 weeks. 🤢

Lovely.

THEN WE MOVE INTO OUR FOUNDATIONAL SUPERSET:

A1. Find the missing school shoe
A2. HAVE YOU BRUSHED YOUR TEETH?!

Repeat until everyone is crying.

Then:

B1. Tie somebody's shoelaces
B2. Find the PE kit
B3. Fill the water bottle
B4. Pack the lunchbox
B5. Get everyone out of the fu***ng door without losing your s**t.

Finisher:

Lose your s**t anyway. ✅

And finally...

ACCESSORY WORK:

Drive to work feeling guilty for losing said s**t...

..while simultaneously wondering why, after spending the last 6 weeks desperate for the school run to start again, you now miss the relative calm of the summer holidays. 😂

WELCOME BACK, SEPTEMBER.

But amongst getting everyone else's routine back up and running...

where do YOU fit?

Because this September I'm opening a limited number of places for my FREE 2-WEEK COACHING EXPERIENCE.

And there's no "I'll train if I can fit it in".

We'll find the sessions that work around your life and put them in the diary.

Your two weeks include:

💪 2 Small Group Coaching sessions - max 6 women
🔥 2 Team Training sessions - max 14 women
🙋‍♀️ Actual coaching, not being left to figure it out yourself
❤️ A community of women who completely understand the above chaos

Because if we're capable of remembering PE kits, packed lunches, school shoes, clubs, appointments and approximately 946 other things for everyone else...

we can put two bloody hours in the diary for ourselves.

No September NEW ME.

No overhaul.

No waiting for life to calm down.

Just making you part of the routine too.

DM me EXPERIENCE and I'll send you the details.

May the odds of finding both school shoes be ever in your favour. 🫡

I’m here for the woman who wants it all — in a way she can actually manage. 💪🏻

She wants to feel strong, healthy and good.

She lifts 🏋🏻‍♀️

She eats her protein…just 😜

But she also eats ice cream with her kids 🍦

Grabs food on the go

Wears the same gym outfit twice in a row

Relies on dry shampoo 😜

And probably never gets enough sleep.

It’s not always perfect and it’s not always pretty.

Some weeks she’s smashing it.

Other weeks she’s just treading water.

But she keeps showing up for herself. ❤️

Not perfect

Not all-or-nothing

Just chipping away, moving forward

💪🏻

So basically, what I’m trying to say is…

I own a women’s gym and I absolutely do NOT have my s**t together 😂

I’m a mother of 3, wife, business owner, avid oversharer, unprofessional athlete 😜 and currently entering the absolute JOY that is perimenopause 🫠

I juggle work, kids, marriage, training, hormones, mental load and all the other s**t that comes with being a woman trying to keep 749 plates spinning.

And actually, I think that matters.

Because when women tell me…

“I don’t have time to exercise.”
“I’m too unfit to join a gym.”
“I wouldn’t know what to do.”
“I’ve got too much going on.”

I get it.

Don't get me started on the “we all have the same 24 hours” bulls**t.

We don’t.

Work. Kids. Caring for family. Sleep. Stress. Hormones. Mental load. Life.

Sometimes making yourself a priority is really fu***ng hard.

It's why I created a women’s gym where exercise doesn’t feel like another thing you have to be good at — or another bloody thing added to your plate.

But, there is a WhatsApp group - sorry 🤳🏻

You don’t need to get fitter first.
You don’t need to know how to lift weights.
You don’t need endless motivation.
And you definitely don’t need to have your s**t together.

You just need to rock up as you are.

On the good days, the chaotic days and the “I nearly cancelled this 17 times” days 😂

We’ll meet you there.

Because strength training for women doesn’t need to be about perfection.

It can simply be a little bit of time that’s yours — to move, get stronger, feel good, have a laugh and remember that

YOU MATTER TOO!

So if you want to make changes, but need them to work around your actual, messy, very real life…

I’ve got you ❤️

No perfect life required. Just rock up as you are.

A woman walks into a gym… but who is she today?

Because the same version of you rarely walks through that door twice.

Yet we still expect the same performance every session.

We’re always looking for progress in the gym.

Progressive overload is the goal, right?

Of course.

But you’re not going to smash every session.

I’ve had this conversation with women so many times.

And when we talk about what impacts women’s training, I don’t just mean your cycle.

I mean life.

What time are you training?
When did you last eat?
What did you eat?
Are you hydrated?
Did you sleep well?
Are the kids stressing you out?
Is work getting on top of you?
What’s your mood like?

And then there’s the mental load.

The never-ending list running through your head.

Work. Kids. Appointments. What’s for dinner. The thing you forgot yesterday. The three things you need to remember tomorrow.

Sometimes you walk into the gym already carrying a lot — before you’ve even picked up a weight.

All of it matters.

So yes — chase progress.

More weight.
More reps.
Better technique.
More control.

But don’t expect progress to look the same every time.

Some days you’ll smash last week’s numbers.

Other days, matching them is a win.

And some days, the win is recognising what’s in the tank and training accordingly.

One session doesn’t tell you whether you’re progressing.

It’s one data point.

What happens over time is what matters.

So if today wasn’t your best session?

Don’t write yourself off.

Keep showing up. Keep collecting the data. Keep getting stronger. 💜💪🏻
