When the transformation goes deeper than weight loss.
6 months ago, this journey started with one goal. But along the way, it became so much more than that.
After dealing with job changes, injuries, setbacks and some really tough times mentally, my client could have easily lost motivation and stopped.
Instead, he kept showing up.
The weight he’s lost is amazing but what means even more to me is hearing that he feels like himself again. More motivated. More positive. More focused on what he’s already achieved and what’s still ahead.
That’s what coaching is really about.
Not just changing how you look in the mirror, but changing how you feel, think and carry yourself through life.
Proud of you, mate. This is only the beginning.
Stop waiting for the perfect 12 weeks.
Because it ain’t coming!
There will always be meals out, birthdays, holidays, weekends away, nights out and things going on.
And that’s not something you need to avoid to get results.
You need to learn how to work them into your lifestyle.
I have clients who go out for food every single week, have drinks now and again, enjoy their weekends and still achieve incredible results.
We build the diet around their lifestyle.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You need to be consistent, flexible and willing to make better decisions most of the time.
Stop waiting for the right time.
Start now. Build something you can actually sustain.
The other 23 hours matter more than you think.
You can train hard for 1 hour but what you do with the other 23 hours of your day is where the real results are built.
Nutrition is the driver of fat loss.
Sleep helps with recovery, hunger, energy and performance.
Hydration supports your training, recovery and day to day performance.
And no, I’m not saying the gym isn’t important.
Training is a tool. It helps you build muscle, improve your fitness, increase your energy expenditure and, most importantly, build a physique you actually want to maintain long term.
But you can’t out train a lifestyle that isn’t supporting your goals.
Stop thinking fat loss is just about what happens in the gym.
The gym is 1 hour. Your lifestyle is the other 23.
Focus on both, and that’s where sustainable results happen.
I’ve been so good all week why has my weight gone up?
This is one of the biggest things I see people struggle with during fat loss.
You can be in a calorie deficit, hitting your steps, training hard and doing everything right and still wake up 0.5–1kg heavier the next morning.
That doesn’t mean you gained 1kg of fat.
Your weight can fluctuate because of things like
Water retention Higher carb intake
More salt
A hard training session
Poor sleep
More food still being digested
Hormonal changes
Fat loss isn’t linear.
The mistake is looking at one weighin and deciding that your diet isn’t working.
Instead, look at your average weight and the trend over time.
One day tells you very little.
Several weeks tell you a lot more.
So if the scale goes up tomorrow, don’t panic and don’t slash your calories.
Stay consistent, trust the process and look at the bigger picture. 📉

15.5kg down and we’re still not finished.
This is Rhydian’s progress so far, and what a journey it’s been.
What impresses me the most isn’t just the 15.5kg he’s lost it’s the physique he’s built along the way. Throughout this cut, Rhydian has managed to build an incredible amount of muscle while stripping away body fat, completely changing the way he looks.
This is exactly why we don’t chase quick fixes. We focus on training hard, eating with purpose, trusting the process, and staying consistent week after week.
We’re now coming towards the end of this cutting phase, and I genuinely can’t wait to see the finished result before we move into a growth phase. The foundation we’ve built is unreal, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve next.
I’m incredibly proud of the work Rhydian has put in. He’s shown up, put the effort in every single week, trusted the plan, and the results speak for themselves.
Rhyds, you’re looking absolutely insane my man, and this is only the beginning.
3 Fitness reminders you probably don’t wanna hear!

Emma’s down 4.5kg leaner, feeling better in herself, and genuinely proud of the work she’s put in.
What stood out most was how easy she found it to stick to. No crash dieting, no white-knuckling through restriction just consistent habits that fit her actual life.
She told me she’d recommend this to anyone, and that’s the kind of feedback that matters most to me.
So proud of you, Emma.
Talk to someone. That’s it. That’s the caption.
